Job summary

Lendable in the UK is seeking an entry-level Customer Operations colleague to support customers across loans, credit cards and car finance. You’ll train to become a frontline agent, handling queries from first contact to final resolution and helping improve AI-driven journeys.

Based in our Chatham office three days a week and two weekends a month, you’ll learn our processes, own inquiries, and deliver excellent outcomes while collaborating with a fast-growing fintech team.

Qualifications

• Clear, empathetic communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to learn quickly, pick up new products and procedures, and act on coaching.
• Good organisation: manage several tasks and follow a structured process.
• Sound judgement and the willingness to speak up when outcomes are not optimal.
• Comfort with digital tools, including AI-driven platforms.
• Willingness to work from our Chatham office three days a week and two weekends a month.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general customer service and financial support queries for loans, cards or car finance across channels.
• Own each enquiry from first contact to resolution, escalate when needed.
• Support customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable situations with appropriate options.
• Maintain calm conversations, build rapport, and ensure compliant outcomes.
• Meet targets for customer satisfaction, quality and compliance and log interactions accurately.
• Use AI and digital tools to resolve queries faster and more accurately.
• Provide feedback on blockers and process gaps to improve knowledge bases and tools.
• Keep up with product, system changes and share learnings with colleagues.
