Job summary

Funko is seeking a Credit Control Administrator in Coventry to join the accounts team. You will be the first point of contact for new accounts and help manage the Credit Control inbox, ensuring SOX-compliant processes and accurate data entry in D365.

You'll support the wider Credit Control department, develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and learn core processes while handling ledger tasks and monthly account activities.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of credit control or accounts receivable; training provided.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Credit Control for receipt and storage of all new account opening forms
• Ensure new account forms completed by Onboarding
• VAT validation checks
• Obtain Credit Check reports
• Create new account on D365 and notify stakeholders that account has been created
• Post payments onto D365
• Release on-hold accounts as required
