Responsibilities

• Chase overdue payments by phone and email.
• Send invoices and credit notes.
• Allocate and log payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve simple discrepancies.
• Keep records tidy and support month-end.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• General finance admin tasks.
