Helix Records is looking for a passionate and highly organizedJunior Creative Managerto join our growing creative team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will play a hands-on role in shaping the visual identity of our artists and releases — from concept to execution. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of music, design, and culture, helping artists bring their vision to life across digital, social, and streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on all visual and creative initiatives.
• Ideate and develop art direction, execute and create artwork for Helix Records’ artists.
• Act as a liaison between artist management, freelance creatives, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of creative projects.
• Create and/or commission animated artwork assets, ensuring that the artist’s vision is clearly communicated and maintained.
• Produce composite imagery and visual assets for DSP playlist pitching and marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team with ideating and editing for social media content and assets, maintaining brand consistency.
• Participate in occasional content shoots with artists — capturing social content based on pre-approved ideas and adding your own creative perspective.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of After Effects or similar animation software, and CapCut
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong communication skills — able to clearly present ideas and provide constructive feedback to artists, management, and collaborators
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively when needed
• 2-5 years of experience in creative management or a similar role
