Job summary

Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP in London is seeking an NQ-2PQE Associate to join the Projects, Development & Construction Team. The role focuses on non-contentious construction matters across real estate, development and large-scale projects.

You will work on drafting and negotiating construction, development and project documentation, and develop expertise while supporting BD activities in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-contentious construction law and housing/development work.
• Familiarity with JCT, NEC and EPC contracts and standard amendments.
• Willingness to handle complex agreements with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction, development and project documentation.
• Advise on procurement strategies and risk sharing for projects.
• Support BD activities and develop sector knowledge.
