Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Composite Laminator to join our well-established Composites team. Based in the heart of our innovative and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this position is ideal for those looking to start or continue their journey in F1.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Composite Leader and Team Leaders to understand priorities and deadlines.
• Understand production plans to ensure delivery dates will be achieved and communicate any deviations.
• Ensure the quality of parts produced, identifying and correcting deviations from specifications.
• Prioritise daily workloads to ensure high utilisation and productivity.
• Provide feedback on manufacturing improvements, cost, or lead-time reduction suggestions.
• Maintain a proactive attitude.
• Assist other staff to meet deadlines.
• Carry out other duties at the factory or events as assigned.
• Understand composite laminating manufacturing processes.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Work with tight tolerances.
• Be conscientious and methodical.
• Work flexibly when additional shifts are required.
