Job summary

Compliance Analyst – Investment Management in Central London with an established investment management firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career compliance professional to join a growing business and gain broad exposure across regulatory compliance, financial crime, monitoring and advisory activities.

You will support policies, monitoring, risk assessments, review promotions, AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, and provide day-to-day compliance advice to the wider business.

Qualifications

• Previous compliance experience in financial services, ideally investment or asset management.
• Understanding of FCA regulations; exposure to MiFID, AIFMD or AML desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, and solid communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to develop in a broad compliance role.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks.
• Assist with compliance monitoring, testing and risk assessments.
• Review financial promotions and marketing materials.
• Support AML, KYC and financial crime compliance activities.
• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and assist with regulatory reporting.
• Provide day-to-day compliance advice and support to the wider business.
