• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for clients across sectors.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.

• Managing a varied caseload advising national and international clients on outsourcing, joint ventures, franchising and supply agreements.
• Advising across financial services, retail, leisure, energy and public sector.
• Collaborating with partners and teams across locations to meet deadlines.
• Supervising Trainees and Paralegals.
• Contributing to business development and client relationships.
