Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Birmingham is seeking a Commercial Contracts Senior Associate to advise on a broad portfolio of deals across transport, utilities and engineering. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, provide commercial support on corporate and real estate matters, and work with colleagues across the UK and overseas.

The role offers flexible and hybrid working and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years PQE in commercial contracts in private practice.
• Strong drafting and knowledge of different contract types.
• Ability to run several matters at once to tight deadlines; coaching at senior associate level.

Responsibilities

• Advise private and public sector clients on commercial agreements.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide commercial support on corporate and real estate deals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and overseas and assist with client briefings.
