Job summary

TLT LLP is recruiting an Associate to join its Digital, Data and Commercial team with roles in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester or Edinburgh. The role suits a junior lawyer (NQ-3 PQE) seeking flexible working and exposure to high-profile commercial matters across national and international clients.

You will manage a varied workload, draft and review contracts, work closely with Partners across locations, supervise Trainees, and contribute to business development while delivering top-tier client

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE and experience drafting commercial contracts.
• Experience advising on outsourcing, joint ventures, franchising and day-to-day business arrangements.
• Able to manage workloads, deadlines and develop BD relationships.
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload for national and international clients on commercial contracts.
• Advise across sectors including financial services, retail, leisure, energy and public sector.
• Collaborate with Partners and colleagues across locations to meet deadlines.
• Support Trainees and Paralegals within the team.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to support business development.
