Job summary

TLT LLP is recruiting an Associate to join its Digital, Data and Commercial team with offices in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester or Edinburgh. The role suits a junior solicitor (0–3 PQE) working on a flexible basis, handling varied commercial contracts for national and international clients.

You will draft and review complex contracts, advise across sectors, supervise trainees, and contribute to business development. The team values collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ-3 PQE and experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting/ reviewing commercial contracts for sectors like energy, retail or public sector desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills; able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload advising on outsourcing, joint ventures, franchising and supplier agreements.
• Advise clients across financial services, retail, leisure, energy and public sector.
• Collaborate with colleagues across locations to meet deadlines and manage projects.
• Supervise Trainees and Paralegals within the team.
• Support business development and nurture client relationships.
