Job summary

Calisen Group Holdings is seeking a Commercial Analyst with 1-2 years of analytical experience to join our Commercial team in the UK. You will work with customers, suppliers, finance and operations to provide insight, support contract performance and influence strategic decisions.

You will build Excel models, develop Power BI dashboards and contribute to pricing reviews, negotiations and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, finance, analytical or contract-focused role.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing and business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Support management and renewal of customer contracts and maximise value.
• Assist with pricing reviews and commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and develop Excel models to analyse performance and forecast trends.
• Produce Power BI dashboards and reports to provide business insights.
