Job summary

Calisen Group Holdings is seeking a Commercial Analyst with 1-2 years of analytical experience to join our Commercial team in the UK. You will work with customers, suppliers, finance and operations to provide insight, support contract performance and influence strategic decisions.

You will build Excel models, develop Power BI dashboards and contribute to pricing reviews, negotiations and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, finance, analytical or contract-focused role.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing and business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis and modelling.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Commercial Analyst with 1-2 years of analytical experience and a strong academic background to join our Commercial team.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, finance and operational teams, you'll use your analytical skills to provide valuable commercial insight, support contract performance, and contribute to strategic business decisions.

What you'll be doing-

• Supporting the management and renewal of customer contracts, helping to maximise value and maintain strong commercial relationships.
• Assisting with annual pricing reviews and commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Creating and developing Excel models to analyse performance, forecast trends and identify commercial opportunities.
• Producing Power BI dashboards and reports to provide meaningful business insights.

What we're looking for-

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and influencing business decisions through insight and analysis.

• Experience in a commercial, finance, analytical or contract-focused role.
• A good understanding of commercial contracts, pricing and business performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and modelling.
• Experience using Power BI to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• A commercially focused mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a related analytical discipline.
• Experience within the energy, utilities or metering sector.
