Netcompany is seeking an Entry-level Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Managed Services team in Leeds. You will monitor, support and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance for clients.

You’ll train across AWS, Azure and M365, building a practical toolkit while gaining real-world experience under seasoned engineers. This role offers development opportunities within a forward-thinking, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a professional IT environment or entry-level cloud certifications.
• Ability to learn new skills, tools and techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to plan, organise and report progress.
• Eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel domestically.
• Willing to obtain UK security clearance.
• Experience with critical systems and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure services for clients.
• Train across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and supporting technologies (M365).
• Collaborate with seasoned engineers to build a versatile toolkit.
• Join a 24/7 support rota as required for client delivery.
• Work from a brand-new facility in Leeds city centre.
