Job summary

Corecom Consulting is seeking an IT/Technical Operations Engineer in Leeds to join a growing, technically focused team. The role supports end-user devices, cloud infrastructure and security initiatives, with opportunity to broaden exposure across AWS, Linux, automation and ops processes.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, organized and able to manage multiple requests while delivering effective resolutions for colleagues in Leeds, London and remote locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in IT Support, Infrastructure Support or Technical Operations.
• Ability to own issues from initial request to resolution.
• Good communication with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support across macOS and Linux environments.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, including devices, accounts and access.
• Configure laptops, peripherals and end-user technology.
• Support AWS administration, monitoring and access management.
• Troubleshoot VPN, connectivity and networking issues.
• Assist MDM, endpoint security, permissions and licences.
• Create clear technical documentation and internal guides.
• Collaborate with teams to identify automation and process improvements.
• Participate in wider infrastructure and security initiatives.
