Netcompany is looking for an Entry-level Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Managed Services team in Leeds city centre, delivering reliable cloud infrastructure support for clients. You'll monitor, support, and troubleshoot across AWS and Azure platforms, under the guidance of experienced engineers to build your practical cloud toolkit.

Qualifications

1+ years' IT or cloud/infrastructure experience or entry-level cloud certifications.
Eager to learn, take initiative and rapidly acquire new skills.
Strong troubleshooting mindset and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and teamwork in a fast-moving environment.
Willingness to travel within the UK and work in the Leeds area.
Eligible to work in the UK and capable of obtaining UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support cloud infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with senior engineers on real projects.
Participate in on-call rota and client-facing support when required.
