Ovation Incentives designs and runs digital reward and incentive programmes for major global brands. We are a technology-led performance agency, and this role sits right at the centre of how we deliver for clients. We are hiring a graduate to join our Client Success team.

No prior office experience required. You will learn our platforms from the inside, processing client orders, generating invoices and reports, and keeping records accurate.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, IT, MIS, Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (you will be tested at interview).
• A logical, problem-solving mindset and good attention to detail.
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told.
• Right to work in the UK, as a legal resident.

Responsibilities

• Learn the platforms from the inside, processing client orders, generating invoices and reports, and keeping records accurate.
• Be the first point of contact for clients' customers by email and support teams.
• Attend client calls and business reviews to understand account management.
• Spot process improvements and flag issues before escalations.
• Work with Client Account Managers to learn the commercial side and grow in the role.
