You’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth Sales Team, Client Service support teams, and other cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI. This role also involves using your RTB / Programmatic media buying experience to recommend optimizations and develop unique solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
