You’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth Sales Team, Client Service support teams, and other cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI. This role also involves using your RTB / Programmatic media buying experience to recommend optimizations and develop unique solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in the UK.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across various verticals.
  2. Advise clients on effective campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
  3. Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reports, strategic recommendations, and optimizations to meet KPIs.
  4. Onboard new clients, providing training, support, and resources for self-serve use.
  5. Drive retention and growth by helping clients maximize platform capabilities.
  6. Resolve customer inquiries within established SLAs.
  7. Assist in creating support documentation for common challenges.
What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic media buying (DSP, Ad Network).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or DSP platforms.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering excellent service.
  • Focus on account retention and revenue growth.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising trends.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in training clients with varying levels of platform knowledge.
