Bespoke Hotels is seeking a friendly Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, ensure meals are prepared to standard, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency on a busy shift. We value reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• The ideal person will have some experience of being in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all food is served to the required Company standard.
• To aid the Head Chef in implementing new menus.
• To comply with all regulations as stated in the Company policies.
• To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
• To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
