Job summary

Millennium Hotels UK is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Slough. You will work with the Head Chef, contributing to new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar, while upholding our values of quality and hospitality.

As a Chef de Partie you will be working alongside the Head Chef and will be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar.

Chef de partie will have:

• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant or Hotel.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
• Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
• The ability to work well within a team
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
