Job Profile

An experienced Liability/Casualty Claims Handler is required to join a long-established Loss Adjusters offering the opportunity for any ambitious Liability Claims Handler/Desk-Adjuster looking for their next career step as a Field Adjuster.

• You will start in the field with a caseload of losses, working alongside experienced Field Adjusters who will support you and join you on site visits, assisting with report writing.
• This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant team.

• This role is remote working.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of EL/PL claims (including Injury and Property Damage).
• Conducting site visits within your designated geographical area alongside experienced Field Adjusters.
• Handling EL/PL claims from cradle to grave.
• Interacting with stakeholders including claims staff, policyholders, brokers, and claimants.
• Applying knowledge of current case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Possessing a full clean driving license.
• Having a good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Being well-organized and capable of influencing others.
• Insurance qualifications are desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered.
