• Travail à domicile, préférant une faible mobilité.

Responsibilities

• Fournir un support technique sur les sinistres aux courtiers SME.
• Interagir avec les clients au Royaume-Uni, principalement dans le secteur commercial.

Job description

• Working from a home base you give technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK principally across the Commercial sector, but excluding motor.
• This role would suit someone who is experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, but who prefers not to travel much or prepare reports.
• Need to be confident and able to develop a rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Candidates will ideally be ACILA qualified but would also look at candidates who can demonstrate their experience and working towards this qualification.
• May also suit part-time/flexible working.
