Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Belfast is seeking a junior CASS Regulatory Operations analyst to support client money calculations, CMAR/MCAR collation and regulatory submissions.

You will assist daily processing and governance within the CASS framework, engaging with multiple stakeholders and driving accuracy. You will work with Change Partners to improve reporting and automation, participate in ad-hoc projects, and develop into a CASS SME while closely collaborating with Operations and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Securities & Banking Operations or in a control/regulatory function.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of systems and product flows.
• Knowledge of CASS rules and regulations is advantageous but not required.
• Team player able to collaborate across levels to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Process daily client money and shortfall calculations and liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate processing.
• Collate and submit CMAR/MCAR figures to FCA/CBI at appropriate entity level.
• Produce and distribute MIS reports for relevant CASS processes in a timely manner.
• Identify improvements to regulatory reporting processes and support change initiatives.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and build regulatory understanding for future progression.
• Develop depth of knowledge in products, markets and operational flows within CASS.
