Job summary

Revolut in Norwich is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) and strengthen the control environment within the first line of defence.

You will oversee daily CASS controls, liaise with Operations, Risk and Compliance, review incidents and improve governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.
• A professional certificate/diploma in risk, compliance, or CASS.
• A degree in economics or finance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
