Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an analyst in a financial services environment.
• Awareness of FCA CASS rules (CASS 6 and 7).

• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise in risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
