Job summary

Revolut in Belfast is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) and strengthen the control environment in a fast-moving digital finance setting. You will oversee daily CASS controls, liaise with Operations, Risk and Compliance teams, review client complaints for CASS impact, and guide incident action plans while managing governance.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.

What you'll be doing

What you'll need

• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent data analysis skills
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise

Nice to have

• A professional certificate/diploma in risk, compliance, or CASS
• A degree in economics or finance
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
