Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to uphold the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) within our fast-moving financial platform in Leeds. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard client assets and strengthen control environments.

You will oversee daily CASS controls, liaise with Risk, Compliance, and 1LoD, and review incidents affecting CASS. The role requires 2+ years in an analytical finance role and a commitment to ongoing regulatory proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.
