Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to maintain high standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS). You will be part of the first line of defence, partnering with Operations and cross-functional teams to protect customer and custody assets and strengthen control environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls.
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans.
• Managing the team's meeting governance.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.

What you'll be doing

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent data analysis skills
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise

Nice to have

• A professional certificate/diploma in risk, compliance, or CASS
• A degree in economics or finance
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
