Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to strengthen CASS controls and maintain high standards of client asset protection. The role involves overseeing daily CASS controls, reviewing incidents, and leading governance for the compliance team. A background in finance or risk, plus knowledge of CASS rules, is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.
