Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to uphold the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) standards. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard client assets and strengthen controls in a fast-paced financial tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.
