Job summary

ACP Worldwide Ltd. is seeking an on-site Cargo Operational Assistant at Heathrow to support daily air cargo operations. You will capture information from paper and electronic documents into airline systems, and communicate with customers, airline representatives and internal teams to keep import/export shipments moving efficiently.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. A flexible approach is essential to cover during annual leave and peak periods, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong data-entry accuracy in a time-critical environment.
• Willingness to learn airline cargo systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from paper formats into airline systems.
• Alert Airlines of final load information.
• Liaise with Customers and Airlines regarding space and allocations.
• Verify data by comparing with source documents.
• Sort, scan and organize paperwork after data entry.
• Assist warehouse operations (not manual handling).
