Not disclosed is seeking a Buyer (5 Days On-Site) in Buckinghamshire. The role supports the Senior Buyer across purchasing, supplier management and stock control to meet customer demand.

Ideal candidates will have organisational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a desire to build a long-term career in procurement. On-site role with full training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsabilités

• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier deliveries.
• Monitor order confirmations and ensure timely delivery.
• Build relationships with suppliers and support day-to-day communication.
• Assist with sourcing new suppliers and products.
• Support the Senior Buyer with supplier reviews and cost-saving initiatives.
• Resolve supplier queries and delivery issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
• Support inventory management to maintain availability and avoid excess stock.
• Produce reports and analyse purchasing data.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product availability and customer requirements.
