Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and assist with workshops.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams and functional specifications.
• Prepare governance records, RAID/logs, and status trackers across multiple projects.
• Support management reporting, KPI narratives and executive summaries.
