We're supporting a well-established UK organisation that is looking to add an aspiring Business Analyst to its IT team. THE ROLE:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business and IT teams to understand requirements, identify challenges and help deliver practical technology solutions.

You'll be involved in gathering information from stakeholders, documenting business processes and helping to translate requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.

You'll also support the creation of project documentation, including user stories, process flows and test cases, while gaining experience across different stages of the project lifecycle.

Working alongside more experienced colleagues, you'll assist with user acceptance testing, support communication between departments and help ensure projects are delivered in line with business requirements.

This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems and is confident communicating with different people. You don't need to have extensive Business Analysis experience, but you should be organised, analytical and keen to learn.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with different teams and stakeholders
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence working with documentation, information and data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
• A genuine interest in technology, business processes and project delivery
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and ways of working
• Some exposure to requirements gathering, process mapping or project documentation would be beneficial
