Job summary

DUAL is seeking a proactive Junior Business Analyst and Project Analyst to support delivery of multiple reporting and automation projects. You will work with business stakeholders and the MI team to maintain governance, document requirements, support executive reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Essential: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, lookups and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist with workshops, discovery sessions and requirement gathering activities.
• Produce process maps, workflow diagrams and functional specifications.
• Document current-state and future-state processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, including test scripts, defect tracking and issue follow-up.
