Junior Business Analyst - City, London

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Agile methodologies and participate in daily or weekly scrum meetings.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with product teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements using techniques such as workshops, data analysis, site visits, and workflow analysis.
2. Manage and prioritize requirements into a clear backlog (Agile) or document (Waterfall).
3. Identify current business process or system deficiencies and propose improvements to support product team goals and customer needs.
4. Create use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams, and technical documentation as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in the eCommerce domain.
• Preferably holds Prince2 and Agile certifications.
