Job summary

Relay Direct in Milton Keynes is seeking energetic individuals to learn on their feet through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns. You'll start with live customer interactions from day one, supported by coaching and regular feedback to help you hit targets and grow.

Expect structured onboarding, ongoing workshops, and progression into leadership roles based on performance. On-target earnings of £27,000–£30,000 paid weekly reflect individual performance, with immediate start in a full-time

The learning curve

• Where you start: Understanding campaign objectives, client offers and who you're actually talking to — the target customer profile behind every conversation.
• Where you build: Turning conversations into relationships. Generating qualified opportunities, not just interactions. Presenting products and campaign information clearly enough that a stranger understands it in the first thirty seconds.
• Where you're headed: Broader account and campaign responsibility — once you're consistently hitting your targets and keeping accurate records of what's working.

You're professional and articulate, and comfortable being the face of a client brand. You're confident starting conversations with people you've never met. You can take product information and explain it. You're motivated by targets and by where they lead, not just by hitting the number this week. You're reliable, organised, and you actually use the feedback you're given.
