Job summary

Relay Direct is seeking a self-motivated Graduate Marketing Trainee in Milton Keynes. You’ll be out in the field from week one, engaging customers face-to-face and representing real brands.

You'll learn how to position brands, pitch persuasively, and develop through a performance-based progression—from trainee to leader—without prior experience required. You’ll receive hands-on coaching, regional rallies, and opportunities to grow across campaign management, team leadership, and business

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from any discipline (Business, Marketing, History, Psychology, etc.)
• Ability to turn a complex idea into a clear, persuasive conversation
• Competitive and resilient mindset
• 18+ with full UK right to work (permanent)

Relay Direct is a high-growth sales and marketing agency, running face-to-face campaigns for well-known brands. As a Graduate Marketing Trainee, you'll be out in the field from week one — talking to real customers, representing real brands, and learning how acquisition and brand positioning actually work in practice.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging customers face-to-face and representing client brands
• Learning how to position a brand and pitch it persuasively to different audiences
• Working across campaign management, team dynamics and public speaking as you progress
• Picking up the operational side of running a campaign — planning, reporting, results
• Getting hands-on coaching every step of the way, not just a manual to read

How you'll grow

You start at the grassroots, mastering the fundamentals of direct marketing and consumer acquisition. Hit your targets, and you move quickly into our leadership curriculum — campaign management, team leadership, and business operations. Progression is entirely performance-based: no seniority, no politics, just results.
