Job summary

Relay Direct Ltd is seeking a Trainee Sales Consultant to join our Milton Keynes team. You will engage with customers face-to-face, learn the full customer journey, and receive coaching from day one to build your sales skills and confidence.

We offer comprehensive training, structured progression from trainee to team leader, and performance-based earnings with bonuses. The role is full-time, field-based in Milton Keynes, with opportunities to develop leadership and campaign responsibilities

What your development looks like

• Early stage: Learn the full customer journey - building rapport, understanding needs, presenting solutions, closing - with hands-on coaching from day one.
• Building stage: Run your own customer conversations across B2B, B2C and event campaigns. Use weekly coaching feedback to sharpen your results.
• Growth stage: Take on mentoring responsibility and begin stepping into leadership and campaign responsibility.

Progression is merit-based - attitude and motivation matter more than experience.
