Relay Direct is one of the UK's fast-growing sales and marketing companies, representing major brands through B2B, B2C and event campaigns. We're looking for a graduate or career starter who wants to earn management responsibility through results — starting from entry level, with no shortcuts.

What your first 6 months look like

• Weeks 1–4: Structured training in sales, customer acquisition and campaign delivery. Shadow experienced team members on live campaigns.
• Months 2–3: Run your own customer conversations. Start tracking against performance targets.
• Months 4–6: Take on mentoring responsibility for new starters and begin stepping into campaign leadership.

Progression is merit-based, not time-served.
