Turner Duckworth in London is seeking a Junior Designer to join our award-winning studio and help craft distinctive brand identities across packaging and activations. You’ll contribute across visual identity, packaging and brand activation projects while learning from experienced designers and creative directors.

You’ll develop your craft in a collaborative environment that values strong thinking, attention to detail and clear communication, with hybrid working and opportunities to grow within

Formación

• Portfolio showing identity/branding work
• Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Strong eye for colour, typography and composition
• Clear communication within a collaborative team
• Curiosity and adaptability, willingness to learn
• Receptive to feedback and exploring different solutions
• Motion/3D/After Effects welcomed but not required

Responsabilidades

• Create visual identity, packaging and brand activation work across projects
• Turn concepts into crafted design across print, digital and environmental formats
• Develop presentations, mock-ups and visual storytelling
• Collaborate with designers, creative directors and cross-functional colleagues
• Maintain accuracy, quality and consistency in outputs
• Prepare artwork for production and work with suppliers
• Explore design trends and cultural influences to contribute to team conversations
