DNCO is seeking a Senior Brand Designer for our London studio. The role focuses on leading brand identity work from concept to execution, mentoring the team, and collaborating across departments to align design with strategy. The position is permanent and London-based with at least 3 days in the studio.

You will craft compelling brand stories, present to clients, and push creative boundaries in a supportive, employee-owned environment. Expect strong growth and a bold, collaborative culture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of industry experience with a portfolio showcasing bold, impactful brand identity work.
• Motion design knowledge is advantageous, with After Effects and Cinema 4D/Blender as bonuses.
• Expertise in Adobe CC and Figma.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing collaboration.
• Ability to meet deadlines and push creative boundaries.
