Apprentify is partnering with Flourish to hire a Junior Business Development Representative in the UK. The role offers a competitive base of £32,000 plus an OTE of £8,000–£12,000, with uncapped commissions and a robust training programme to support early-career growth.

You will join a collaborative sales team, generate interest from prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and arrange demonstrations to drive new business growth. Training and mentoring are provided to help you advance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or similar environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
