What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry Level BDR, you'll be responsible for creating opportunities with businesses interested in growing their teams and developing their people.

You'll:

• Connect with business leaders through phone, email, LinkedIn and video outreach
• Generate meetings and opportunities for our recruitment, training and apprenticeship services
• Learn how modern B2B sales works from industry experts
• Build relationships with decision‑makers across multiple industries
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI and technology apprenticeship solutions
• Work closely with experienced sales professionals and leaders who are invested in your development
