Job summary

Expleo Group in Lancashire is seeking a Junior Automotive Integration Engineer to support integration, validation, and delivery of embedded software systems across commercial vehicle platforms. Based in Lancashire, you will coordinate verification and validation activities across bench, HiL/SiL, and vehicle environments to ensure robust ECU software releases.

Responsibilities include planning and managing integration across ECUs, maintaining documentation, and performing flashing and calibration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE, CS, software or related field.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Automotive integration or validation certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with flashing, calibration, and diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software integration across ECUs and vehicle systems.
• Define integration, diagnostics, and validation documentation.
• Coordinate V&V activities with software and test teams.
• Perform software flashing and calibration using diagnostic tools.
• Monitor issues and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Provide on-site support during integration, test, and launch phases.
