Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced Automotive Integration Engineer to lead the integration, validation, and delivery of embedded software systems across commercial vehicle platforms. This role ensures ECU software releases are robust and delivered on schedule to support vehicle launches.

You will coordinate verification and validation across bench, HiL/SIL, and vehicle environments, working with software teams, system owners, and vehicle test functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded automotive software integration and ECU-level validation.
• Proficiency with flashing, calibration, and diagnostics processes.
• Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN and Ethernet protocols.
• Experience with HiL/SIL bench and vehicle testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software integration across ECUs and vehicle systems.
• Define integration, diagnostics, and validation documentation.
• Coordinate V&V activities with software teams and vehicle test teams.
• Perform software flashing, configuration, and calibration.
• Analyse issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Use CANoe/CANalyzer to monitor and debug networks.
• Track and report issues to closure with cross-functional teams.
• Provide on-site support during integration and launches.
