Ernest And Florent LTD is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their high-end residential team in Farnham. You will work closely with the Senior QS and a director, learning day-to-day cost control, contract administration and subcontractor liaison on premium projects across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London.

The role is office-based, five days per week, with structured training, guidance, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive environment.

An established High-End Residential Main Contractor are looking for an assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their small but dedicated team.

The client is a seasoned High-End Residential Contractor who delivery throughout Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London. They're looking to add an aspiring Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team in Farnham.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a team specialising in bespoke one-off refurbishments and one off luxury homes all throughout Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. This could be one off manor houses, extensions, outbuilding or bespoke new builds by the sea,

The Assistant / Junior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be based in their office 5 days of the week and will be working closely with their Senior QS and a director - It's a real opportunity to learn.

Your day to day will largely be in line with a QS or the director you are working with, whether that be on site or in the office.
