Job summary

Unknown Employer in West London seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. You will support the management of a varied portfolio across refurbishment, new build and maintenance projects, with values from 50,000 to 10 million.

Reporting to senior QS staff, you will assist with procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts, while liaising with site teams, suppliers and clients to ensure accurate cost reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quantity Surveying role or recent graduate in QS field.
• Strong numerical and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and client liaison ability.
• Ambitious and keen to develop professionally in a contracting environment.

An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team based in West London

Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, you'll support the commercial management of a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, new build and maintenance projects ranging from 50,000 to 10 million across multiple sectors. The business delivers projects as principal contractor across a wide range of construction disciplines and has built a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and long-term client relationships.
