Job summary

Caddy Group Limited is seeking an Assistant or Junior Project Manager to support residential development projects in Hertfordshire. You will assist the Project Manager and help run multiple sites, travelling to various locations as required.

The role is long-term with opportunities to progress within a growing development group; prior construction exposure and SMSTS/SSTS and First Aid are essential.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or SSTS required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Previous construction experience.
• Current CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in running multiple residential projects.
• Travel to various sites across Hertfordshire and possibly North/East London.
• Support site teams and help ensure projects run to programme and budget.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant or Junior Project Manager to work for a client based in the Hertfordshire area.

The role will involve working under the Project Manager and assisting with the running of a number of residential projects. The sites will involve individual new builds, large high end extensions and refurbishments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and looking to progress within a growing development company.

You must be happy to travel to various sites in Hertfordshire area and possibly Norht/East London.

Ideally you will require:

• CURRENT SMSTS OR SSTS
• FIRST AID
• PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
• CURRENT CSCS

This is a long term role.
