Indurent in the United Kingdom is seeking an MRICS-qualified asset/portfolio manager to lead day-to-day management of a multi-let industrial portfolio in Scotland. You will be the primary contact for customers and stakeholders, overseeing lease administration, service charge governance and asset performance.

Qualificações

• MRICS qualification with 1+ years PQE in asset management.
• Experience in strategic asset management for industrial or logistics property.
• Experience in commercial property management.
• Good knowledge of Scotland and surrounding regions.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM systems knowledge is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management of a portfolio of multi-let industrial estates.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Review lease documentation and ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Manage applications and approvals (licences to alter, sublet, etc.).
• Oversee lease events: renewals, rent reviews, re-gears, dilapidations.
• Review service charge budgets and ensure cost recovery.
• Coordinate with facilities managers and contractors on maintenance and compliance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and improve estate presentation.
• Liaise with accounts for rent collection and arrears management.
• Maintain accurate lease, property and compliance records.
• Support asset management initiatives, lettings and leasing activity.
• Assist with annual budgets, business plans and performance reporting.
